Color Magic
Use the power of color to influence your mood, become more productive and even eat less!

Does it make you eager to start your day when you wake up in the morning and see the sun shining brightly on healthy, green grass?  Do days of never-ending rain make you downright depressed?  If you’ve ever experienced these extremes based on something as impossible to control as the weather, you already understand how much your environment can influence your mood.

Fortunately, there are other aspects of your environment that you can control, such as your home, your office (to some degree), and your wardrobe.  (Yes, the clothes you wear do make up part of your environment.)

With the right knowledge, you can harness this power to alter your mood and even break undesirable habits, simply by changing your immediate surroundings.  These changes can be as simple as introducing a new color into your decor or your wardrobe.  From angry red to serene blue or earthy beige, colors evoke emotions.  Want to eat less?  Paint your kitchen blue.  Want to feel energized in the morning?  A bright bathroom decorated in orange tones will wake you up. Want all eyes on you when you walk in the room?  Push those black threads to the back of the closet and pull on that little RED dress!  These are just a few of the ways you can make positive changes in your life by changing your environment.
